QLD2032.com is an independent record of Queensland's infrastructure and procurement: what was disclosed, lodged, decided and awarded, compiled daily from primary sources and attributed to each one. It is built for the businesses, estimators, developers and agencies working on the state's pipeline.

We turn fragmented Queensland public data — planning, procurement, licensing, workforce, property, tenders — into practical tools. Property intelligence, live tender dashboards, development application tracking, licensed contractor search, workforce data and construction cost indices. Cross-matched, deduplicated, free to use.

Our story

We registered qld2032.com in July 2019 and opened the @qld2032 account on X in December 2019. The site came back in November 2025, and the record has been built on it since: compiled daily from primary sources, every figure dated, corrections within 24 hours.

QLD2032 is built and run by Chris S, working with AI tools on Google Cloud.

How We're Different

Not owned by a builder, developer, council or the Queensland Government.

Infrastructure

QLD2032.com is built entirely on Google Cloud — Compute Engine for the web layer, BigQuery for the data layer (40M+ live rows across 140+ tables — Queensland procurement, planning, licensing and property data alongside national reference registers), and the Gemini API for enrichment. The platform runs native PHP without a CMS.

Independence

QLD2032.com is an independent platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Brisbane 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games, the Australian Olympic Committee, the International Olympic Committee, or any official Olympic bodies. Our use of "2032" refers to Queensland's future growth, not any specific event.
